พยากรณ์อากาศ 24 ชั่วโมงข้างหน้า บริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดหนองคาย บึงกาฬ สกลนคร นครพนม จันทบุรี และตราด เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลาง ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยจะมีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ภาคตะวันออกมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดหนองคาย บึงกาฬ สกลนคร นครพนม จันทบุรี และตราด ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
