Up to 3.0 m: The northern seaboard of Ilocos Norte and mainland Cagayan; the remaining seaboard of Babuyan Islands. TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK Due to unfavorable conditions, UWAN weakened into a Low Pressure Area at 8:00 AM today. This remnant low will continue to move generally east northeastward towards the southern portion of Ryukyu Islands and may dissipate within the next 24 hours.
