The southeasterly and southerly winds prevail over the lower North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the Gulf while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the western part of Thailand. Thundershower are likely in the country and isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South including Bangkok and its vicinity. The moderate wind and waves in the Andaman Sea are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in thease areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
