ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือด้านตะวันออก ภาคกลางตอนล่าง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคกลางตอนล่าง ภาคใต้ตอนบน และภาคตะวันออก ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ตอนล่าง และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มีลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้เข้าปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือด้านตะวันออก สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนัก และฝนที่ตกสะสม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีน้ำท่วมขัง ควรพกร่มและเสื้อกันฝนเมื่อออกนอกบ้านในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the upper South and the East with the southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, the lower South and the Gulf of Thailand. Meanwhile the southeasterly wind brings humid air to prevail over the eastern Northeast. Isolated heavy rain are forecast in the eastern Northeast, the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South regions. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand are expected about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
