ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่งกับมีลมแรง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด มหาสารคาม ศรีสะเกษ สุรินทร์ และบุรีรัมย์ ส่วนภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล มีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ เนื่องจากอิทธิพลของพายุดีเปรสชัน“คัลแมกี” (KALMAEGI) บริเวณจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และมีแนวโน้มจะอ่อนกำลังลงเป็นหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงในระยะต่อไป สำหรับภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมีลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันและภาคใต้ ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรงโดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชน ในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน พื้นที่ลุ่ม และพื้นที่น้ำท่วมขัง สำหรับเกษตรกรควรเตรียมการป้องกันและระวังความเสียหายที่จะเกิดต่อผลผลิตทางการเกษตร ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันควรงด ออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 7 พ.ย. 68
