ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านตอนบนของภาคเหนือ และประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่พายุโซนร้อน“โซเดล”บริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ กำลังค่อนข้างแรงที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังอ่อนลง ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The monsoon trough lie across the upper North and upper Laos into tropical storm “SAUDEL” over the upper South China Sea while the rather strong southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is weakening. Thundershowers are forecast in Thailand and isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South regions. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. The moderate winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
