ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่บริเวณภาคตะวันออก ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสมซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและ น้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน และพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซากโดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูง มากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The monsoon trough lies across the Central and the Northeast. Meanwhile, the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the Country and the lower Gulf. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are forecast in the East regions while isolated heavy rains are possible in the Country. People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. The moderate winds and waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected about 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
