IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Multiple rounds of slow moving thunderstorms will be capable of producing torrential downpours, with rain rates potentially exceeding 2 inches per hour. While there is still some uncertainty regarding where the heaviest rainfall will occur, scattered instances of flash flooding will be possible.
