IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

- A slow moving upper level system will interact with abundant moisture to bring multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall over the Watch area through early Thursday evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with very localized totals of 6 to 8 inches will be possible. Excessive runoff from heavy rain may result in areas of flash flooding over the southern Permian Basin, the Trans Pecos, Davis Mountains, Marfa Plateau, and Big Bend region.
