IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Additional rainfall totals of 1-3 inches with isolated higher amounts will fall over areas that have already seen 2-4" of rain within the watch area.
