In the Panhandle of Florida, Calhoun, Coastal Gulf, Inland Bay and Inland Gulf.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Small creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Locally heavy rain has fallen over the last few days in the watch area. Some areas have received 5 to 9 inches of rain since Friday. Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches remains possible through Monday evening. Localized high-end additional rainfall totals of 4 to 6 inches are possible. The greater threat of flash flooding will begin to shift to the Florida Big Bend this evening through Monday.
