In northeast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. In southeast Oklahoma, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, McIntosh, Pittsburg and Pushmataha.

- Shower and thunderstorm chances are expected to increase late Tuesday night and continue into the day Wednesday. There remains uncertainty in the overall coverage of showers and storms, however the potential for locally heavy rainfall will remain. Previous rainfall has left conditions favorable for rapid onset flooding with any additional heavy rains.
