Up to rough seas over the following coastal waters: 2.5 to 4.0 m: The seaboards of Batanes and Zambales 1.5 to 3.5 m: The seaboards of Babuyan Islands 1.0 to 3.0 m: The seaboards of Bataan, Kalayaan Islands, and mainland Cagayan Mariners of small seacrafts, including all types of motorbancas, are advised not to venture out to sea under these conditions, especially if inexperienced or operating ill-equipped vessels. Up to moderate seas over the following coastal waters: Up to 2.5 m: The seaboards of Isabela and Lubang Island. Mariners of motorbancas and similarly-sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions. IGME is forecast to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility tomorrow (21 September) early morning, turn more west northwestward over the East China Sea for the remainder of tomorrow, then west southwestward on Sunday (22 September) Tonight through tomorrow, IGME will remain a tropical depression (although the possibility of becoming a short-duration tropical storm is not ruled).
