IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry stream beds. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

- At 1235 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Jordan, Brusett, Edwards, Sand Springs, Cohagen and Steve Fork.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
