IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 146 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the advisory area. A few roads remain closed in Chariton, Howard, and Macon counties. Flooding is expected to continue through tonight.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Moberly, Marshall, Boonville, Macon, Brookfield, Fayette, Marceline, Slater, Salisbury, Huntsville, Glasgow, New Franklin, Brunswick, Bevier, Higbee, Keytesville, Bucklin, Laclede, Bosworth and Clark.
