IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Repeated rounds of training thunderstorms will continue across the watch area today. Through tonight, additional rain of 1 to 3 inches will be common, though pockets of rain exceeding 5 inches are likely. This will come on top of rain that has already occurred in recent days.
