IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

- Multiple rounds of heavy downpours and thunderstorms are expected this morning into tonight. Averaged rainfall totals will be between 1 and 2 inches, with localized swaths of 3 to 4 inches possible. Peak rainfall rates in the strongest storms could be 2-3 inches per hour.
