- At 551 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated high flows on the Salmon River resulting from heavy rainfall and snowmelt from the Tug Hill Plateau. Water releases will continue from the Salmon River Reservoir through at least tonight.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Areas along the Salmon River from Altmar downstream through Pulaski to the mouth at Lake Ontario.
