IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, dry washes, slot canyons, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations such as slickrock areas and recent burn scars.

- Deep tropical moisture will combine with an upper level low crossing the Desert Southwest to bring an increased threat of flash flooding through Tuesday evening. Widespread rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, with locally higher amounts up to 3 inches will occur.
