  • WHEN: From Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.

  • IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

    • An area of showers and thunderstorms will develop and move across the region Wednesday and continue through Thursday morning. Torrential rains with flash flooding is possible.
