IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

- Multiple rounds of rainfall are expected today and Saturday. With many soils saturated and streams already running high due to abundant rain over the past several weeks, this additional rain may result in rapid rises in creeks and streams with urban flooding also possible.
