IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 547 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- The heaviest rain has moved out of the advisory area. However, light to moderate rainfall continues to fall and may slow the receding of water.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Fort Smith, Van Buren, Sallisaw, Charleston, Cedarville, Greenwood, Alma, Barling, Pocola, Muldrow, Roland, Lavaca, Spiro, Arkoma, Mulberry, Panama, Dyer, Hackett, Hartford, Huntington,
