ด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลางมีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก ฝนเริ่มลดลงแต่ยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบน และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
