IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 343 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Cleveland, Livingston, Shepherd, Coldspring, Point Blank, Goodrich, North Cleveland, Lake Livingston State Park, West Livingston, Alabama-Coushatta Reservation, Romayor, Rye, Tarkington Prairie, Segno and Evergreen.
