WHERE: In Minnesota, Crow Wing, Pine, South Itasca, Carlton, central and southern St. Louis, Aitkin and Cass Counties and Wisconsin, Burnett, Douglas and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion area, the Fond du Lac Band and the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake, Hinckley, Lena Lake and, Big Sandy Lake areas.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

- Showers and thunderstorms are expected to bring heavy rain Monday through Tuesday, with localized areas receiving over 3 inches of rain. This will fall on top of already saturated soils and rivers with normal to above normal streamflow. The heaviest rain is expected Monday evening and through the day Tuesday.
