ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง สำหรับภาคใต้มีฝนลดลงเนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง และอ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low pressure cell cover upper Vietnam. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in the North, the Northeast and the East while less rain is likely in the South. The moderate wind forces the wave in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters high, the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf, the waves are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the upper country should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
