IMPACTS: At 22.0 feet, Water covers entire floor of Farm to Market Road 418. Water threatens homes near the creek in Kountze. Significant flooding occurs in Village Creek State Park.

- Recent Activity: The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 PM CDT Thursday was 18.2 feet.
