Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "GORIO" {PODUL} was estimated based on all available data at 305 km North Northwest of Itbayat, Batanes (23.1°N, 120.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 230 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS AND THUNDERSTORMS. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Basilan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Gubauan and Kumalarang. + **Maguindanao** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Nituan, Mindanao, Dalican, Allah, Buluan, Matuber, Mlang and Lower Mlang. + **Sulu** - All rivers and its tributaries + **North Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Libungan, Malasila, Toliman-Dunakling, Maridagao, Kabacan, Muleta, Arakan, Kulaman, Upper Mlang and Pulangi. + **Lanao Del Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Dapao and Matling. + **Tawi-tawi** - All rivers and its tributaries
