บริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลางรวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง และลมกระโชกแรงบางแห่ง ส่วนภาคใต้มีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นอีกระลอกหนึ่งจากประเทศจีนได้แผ่ลงมาปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบนแล้ว คาดว่าจะแผ่ลงมาปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนและทะเลจีนใต้ในวันนี้ (2 พ.ย. 69) ในขณะที่ลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ประเทศไทย และทะเลอันดามัน สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง โดยหลีกเลี่ยงการอยู่ในที่โล่งแจ้ง ใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ และป้ายโฆษณาที่ไม่แข็งแรง ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
Another high-pressure system from China covers upper Vietnam, expected to cover the upper Northeast and the South China Sea by today (2 Nov 2026) while the easterly wind prevails over the Gulf, Thailand and the Andaman Sea. Thundershowers with gusty wind are forecast in Thailand especially in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East regions while more rain and isolated heavy rain is likely in the South. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
People in the upper country should beware of the severe condition by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. All ships should keep off thundershowers.
