IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 651 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Sioux City, Le Mars, Sioux Center, Orange City, Sheldon, Sibley, Rock Rapids, Hawarden, Ponca, South Sioux City, Rock Valley, North Sioux City, Hull, Elk Point, Dakota City, Remsen, Akron, Sanborn, Alton and Marcus.
