ภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง และมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนประเทศไทยตอนบนจะมีสภาพอากาศแปรปรวน โดยมีลักษณะของฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง และมีฝนตกหนัก รวมทั้งฟ้าผ่าเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ ซึ่งจะมีผลกระทบบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคเหนือก่อน ส่วนภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก จะได้รับผลกระทบในระยะถัดไป เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนจะแผ่ปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้มีลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้ และอ่าวไทยเข้าปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และภาคใต้ตอนบน ในขณะที่ร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านภาคใต้จะมีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณภาคใต้ระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ส่วนประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง รวมทั้งควรหลีกเลี่ยงการอยู่ในที่โล่งแจ้ง ใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ และป้ายโฆษณาที่ไม่แข็งแรง ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
