ภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ส่วนประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นที่ปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนบน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้มีกำลังอ่อนลง ในขณะที่ยังคงมีลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน ภาคใต้ตอนบน และอ่าวไทยตอนบน ประกอบกับมีร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคใต้ตอนกลาง สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลากในพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
