IMPACTS: At 30.0 feet, or 9.1 meters, major lowland flooding occurs. Water is several feet deep over most of the mall and customs parking lots. The lowest residences are threatened and roads and low bridges become very dangerous.

- At 6:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.4 feet (5.6 meters).
- Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet (4.9 meters).
- Forecast: The river is expected to rise to a crest of 32.1 feet (9.8 meters) just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet (5.5 meters).
