WHERE: Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstream to confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge.

WHEN: Until late Friday morning.

IMPACTS: At 20.0 feet, Agricultural areas in La Salle, Spring Valley, and Peru are inundated.

- At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.3 feet.
- Forecast: The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
