ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่บริเวณภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและประเทศไทยมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณภาคเหนือตอนล่าง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งดูแลรักษาสุขภาพ ในช่วงที่สภาพอากาศเปลี่ยนแปลงไว้ด้วย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือ ด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่ง
The rather strong southwest monsoon prevaills over the upper Andaman Sea and Thailand while the low-pressure cell covers the lower North and the upper Northeast regions. Continuous rainfalls and isolated heavy rains are forecast in the country while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the South (west coast). People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along waterways near foothills and lowlands. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to be 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the waves are expected to be about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore.
