In east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma, Johnston. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin, Jefferson, Murray and Stephens. In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo.

  • WHEN: Until 7 AM CDT Tuesday.

  • IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Locations impacted include, Northern Oklahoma City, Edmond, Guthrie, Yukon, Bethany, Warr Acres, The Village, Piedmont, Nichols Hills, Jones, Luther, Arcadia, Meridian, Woodlawn Park, Lake Aluma, Seward, Richland, Wiley Post Airport, and Downtown Edmond.
