  • WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

  • WHERE: Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Lincoln, McClain, Murray, Oklahoma, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger.

  • WHEN: Through late tonight.

  • IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

    • Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected this evening and tonight. Not everyone will receive a storm, but those that do occur will have the potential for very heavy rainfall over saturated soils.
