ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 600 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms drifting mainly north of the M-59 corridor. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Radar estimates of between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch is expected over the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Mount Clemens, New Baltimore, Richmond, Sterling Heights, Clinton, Macomb Township, Fraser, Utica, New Haven, Clinton Township, Chesterfield Township and Shelby Township.
