IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Numerous showers and thunderstorms will develop this afternoon and evening, and storm motion will be slow and erratic. Stronger storms will produce torrential rainfall at rates over one inch per half hour. Rapid runoff will quickly produce flash flooding, especially below recent burn scars and in locations where the ground is already saturated from recent heavy rainfall.
