IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

- At least 2-6+" of rainfall have already fallen across the watch area so far with potentially 0.5-1" more possible to still fall for mainly a few north central Kansas areas. Though the threat for heavy rainfall has come to an end for most of the Nebraska portions of the watch area, the threat for flooding still remains. Some areas, especially locations near low-lying/poor drainage areas or along the banks of some rivers/creeks/streams, could still see flooding. Even after precipitation comes to an end, the threat for rising water levels to which some rivers or streams exceed their banks remains.
