  • WHEN: Through Friday afternoon.

  • IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

    • Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall will continue through at least Friday afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of 4 to 8 inches are expected with locally higher amounts, which may cause flash flooding, especially in urban and other poor drainage areas.
