นครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง สงขลา ปัตตานี ยะลา นราธิวาส กระบี่ ตรัง และสตูล มีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงปกคลุมบริเวณภาคใต้ตอนล่าง และช่องแคบมะละกา ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือกำลังค่อนข้างแรงยังคงพัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ภาคใต้ และทะเลอันดามัน ขอให้ประชาชนในภาคใต้ตอนล่างยังคงต้องระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก ฝนที่ตกสะสม น้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันออกระวังอันตรายจากคลื่นที่ซัดเข้าหาฝั่ง ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง สำหรับเรือเล็กบริเวณอ่าวไทยควรงดออกจากฝั่งต่อไปอีก 1 วัน สำหรับประเทศไทยตอนบนจะมีอากาศเย็นลง กับมีลมแรง โดยภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีอากาศเย็นถึงหนาว ส่วนภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ตอนบนมีอากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณดังกล่าวดูแลรักษาสุขภาพเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศที่หนาวเย็นลง รวมถึงให้ระวังอันตรายจากอัคคีภัยที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากสภาพอากาศแห้งและลมแรง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นอีกระลอกหนึ่งจากประเทศจีนได้แผ่ลงมาถึงประเทศจีนตอนใต้ และประเทศเวียดนามตอนบนแล้ว คาดว่าจะแผ่ลงมาปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงตอนบนในวันนี้(25 พ.ย.)
อนึ่ง พายุดีเปรสชันบริเวณประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ มีแนวโน้มจะเคลื่อนลงสู่ทะเลจีนใต้ตอนกลางในช่วงวันที่ 25–26 พ.ย. หลังจากนั้นจะมีกำลังแรงขึ้น และเคลื่อนเข้าใกล้ชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนใต้ ในช่วงวันที่ 28–30 พ.ย. ในขณะที่บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามและทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้พายุนี้จะอ่อนกำลังลงอย่างรวดเร็วตามลำดับ โดยพายุนี้ไม่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย แต่จะส่งผลให้ลมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่พัดปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบนมีกำลังแรงขึ้น

This storm is expected to intensify and move to near the coast of lower Vietnam during 28–30 Nov while the high-pressure system covers Vietnam and the South China Sea.
This storm will decline rapidly and not move to Thailand but leading to the northeasterly wind prevailing over upper Thailand will strengthen.
