WHERE: Portions of east central Kansas, including the following counties, Linn and Miami and Missouri, including the following counties, Bates, Cass, Henry, Johnson and Pettis.

WHEN: Until 245 PM CDT.

IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 1142 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but limited additional rainfall is expected through the remainder of the day.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Sedalia, Warrensburg, Harrisonville, Peculiar, Louisburg, Windsor, Knob Noster, Holden, Adrian, Garden City, La Cygne, Whiteman Air Force Base, Archie, La Monte, Drexel, Linn Valley, Cleveland, Leeton, Urich and Freeman.
