ภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ส่วนประเทศไทยตอนบน โดยเฉพาะบริเวณภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง กับมีลมกระโชกแรง และมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้มีลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือควรตรวจสอบเส้นทางและเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the easterly wind prevails over Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers the Andaman Sea. Continuous rainfalls and isolated heavy rains are forecast in the South while isolated thundershowers, gust and heavy rains are possible in the upper country especially in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
People should beware of gusty wind, heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should keep off thundershowers.
