ประเทศไทยตอนบนยังคงมีฝนตก โดยมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ เว้นแต่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีฝนลดลงจากเมื่อวาน เนื่องจากคลื่นกระแสลมฝ่ายลมตะวันออกได้เคลื่อนผ่านประเทศไทย สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนัก และฝนที่ตกสะสม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีน้ำท่วมขัง ควรพกร่มและเสื้อกันฝนเมื่อออกนอกบ้านในระยะนี้ ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
