IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 529 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated areas of heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding and overflowing of poor drainage areas.
- Extended till 7 AM.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Long Beach, Downtown Los Angeles, Inglewood, Torrance, Alhambra, Culver City, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hollywood, Redondo Beach, Griffith Park, Whittier, Beverly Hills, Universal City, Pasadena, Rancho Palos Verdes, Venice, Santa Monica, and the eastern portion of the Palisades burn scar.

- Rain rates between 0.50 and 0.75 inches per hour are possible overnight tonight with a 10 to 20 percent chance of 1 inch per hour. Showers will be very scattered and not all areas will get heavy rain.
