IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

- At 700 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, San Jose, Oakland, Fremont, Hayward, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Berkeley, Richmond, San Leandro, Mountain View, Alameda, Union City, Milpitas, Palo Alto, Dublin, Newark, Menlo Park, San Pablo, Lafayette and El Cerrito.
