Additional information: Snow squalls are producing highly variable weather conditions. Conditions often go from clear skies to an area of heavy snow in just a few kilometres. Visibilities may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
In addition, behind the cold front there will be a significant drop in temperatures.
Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.
Snow squall warnings are issued when localized, intense snowfall causing near zero visibility is expected.
