IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Multiple rounds of storms will be moving through the area beginning tonight and continuing into Saturday morning. 3 to 6 inches of rainfall with locally higher amounts will be possible, enhancing the flash flooding threat.
