IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

- At 1152 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include, Dayton, Springfield, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Richmond, Fairborn, Troy, Trotwood, Oxford, Vandalia, Connersville, Englewood, Tipp City, Eaton, Batesville, Moraine, New Carlisle, West Milton and Oakwood.
